Ken Smith is on a distinguished road
Arrow Mario Bandini, Revenna 1980 'Sigfrido' (SOLD)

Here's the Bandini bass, made in 1980 by Mario Bandini in Revenna Italy who has one medals for his double bass work. All of his basses I have seen are nick-named as well on the label. This one is nick-named ~SIGFRIDO~. The Top is high quality fine grained Spruce. The Back and Sides/Ribs are made from highly figured Lombardi region Poplar. The Neck/Scroll is original and made of figured Maple.

String Length; 41 1/4"
Top/Back Length; 44 1/2" top, 44 1/2" back
Upper Bout; 19 3/4"
Middle Bout; 15"
Lower Bout; 25 5/8"
Ribs; from 8 3/4" at the block tapering to 6 7/8" at neck
