Looking for a Shen Willow bass

Dear friends in our orchestra a friend is planning to buy a Shen Willow flatback. In our country there is not a representative of Samuel Shen basses so we must import the bass. There is a chance for me to visit Shangai for business reasons and i know that there is at least one shop down there selling the Shen basses. Near Shangai is the Shen factory as well. Does anyone in the forum know the Shen factory's e-mail or the Shangai shop's address in order to communicate with them? The transportation cost is nothing for me because i'll import a whole container of goods from China to Greece and the bass will fit very well among them.
Any help will be appreciated.
