Lightbulb Jay Leno, Tonight show with Ricky Minor and Smith Strings

I just received the check for a bunch of strings we sold to the Tonight show for Ricky Minor. Ricky called me when he first got the job and said it was ok to use his name (still) as connected with Leno now as an added credit to his resume. Ricky has been buying strings and basses from us for over 25 years. He is a true Endorser in that he buys what he needs professionally and with integrity over freebies or promotions that might be below his standards. We are happy to be in his company in any way, shape or form. He is a great musician and a true gentleman.

Probably the only reason I tune in. Certainly a great
player in every aspect. Plus, kind of cool to have the bass
player as the band leader/musical director.
