I made this recording of the Beethoven 9 recitative right after Mike started this thread a couple of months ago, then found out the file was too big to upload. I sent it to Jason Heath's virtual master class instead (which is an excellent resource you guys should use, too).

I like critique. Fire away.

(Oh, Ken - this was played on the Shen Willow detailed in the Chinese Bass thread - I was still using all Pirastro Permanent strings, with a Gollihur Chinese/German bow with black hair and Carlsson's rosin)
