Thinking of purchasing a KSD

Hello,

I was looking at a Ken Smith KSD V60 J4 and wondering if this a good choice. Also, if it is not, what models should I be looking for as a good 4 string jazz bass in the KSD line. Thank you for your help and advice in advance. I cannot possibly express how much respect I have for Ken Smith. a master craftsman in my opinion. I do realize these are not made by you, but as long as they have your blessing, I am happy

Being that the KSD project was ended some time ago, there are mainly only used ones on the market or new-old stock in the stores that sold them. I did get to try many or the earlier ones made and I think they were great instruments for the money.
