String Setup
I have checked into this issue and it seems that there are differing opinions, but who here stretches their strings when installing new strings?
I had stretched the strings in the past during setup, but found that it contributed to an out-of-tune sound. So I'm thinking this is probably not the best approach, but I could have been stretching the strings too much as well.
In any case, what is the consensus here on string stretching during setup?
