Default 4 knob Concentric with DIP switches

Good afternoon and happy new year, got a question for you all..Hopefully Ken will chime in.
I have the 4 knob Concentric Smith Electronics with the DIP switches installed and set to the original settings. It is the 9 V circuit, so am I right in assuming that the new settings would have no effect on a 9 V unit? As I believe the new settings are set up for the 18 V unit.

For the mid range controls on the DIP, does the lowest (normal ) setting on the diagram, mean that it has the lowest mid range output?

Just thought I would ask.

No difference. If it is 9V then it can be changed easily to 18v is desired. No real affect on performance. Call me to discuss it.

I will definitely call. Wow, does this mean that the DIP switches literally have no effect on a 9 V system? I had no idea. Let's talk Ken.
Thanks again.

The DIP just changes the boost/cut frequencies of each band when changed.
