This Bass is clearly a Neapolitan/Gagliano School Double Bass from the 19th century attributed to Carlo Loveri. The F-holes are nearly identical to the 1873 Carlo Loveri we had a few years back. The Scroll/Pegbox however has been attributed to Fleta in Spain. Currently in Restoration.
Measurements: String Length; 41 1/2" Top Length; 44 3/4" Upper Bout; 19 7/8 (Slightly Cut) Middle Bout; 14" Lower Bout; 27" Ribs (not including plates); 8 1/2", 7 7/8" at neck. More information here: http://www.kensmithbasses.com/double...tan/index.html
