My old stand mate from high school brought his...
My old stand mate from high school brought his bass to me recently to make a few repairs on. Although the bass looked nothing like any "Juzek" I have ever seen...it had a photocopied "Juzek" label...

Sometimes the original materials are banned...
Sometimes the original materials are banned now...and taking them out of the country is risky if you don't have the proper paperwork. I know very good dealers who have had tortoise shell or ivory...

I think there is more mfg in the USA than one...
I think there is more mfg in the USA than one realizes...you just have to look for it and be willing to pay a bit more for it. It is not like it used to be with whole towns being employed by one...
