Default c.1900 German bass?

Hi,

Firstly thanks for this informative and great website!
I got this bass only two weeks ago,the seller had had it 20+ years,he had a
new ebony fingerboard installed, but it hasn't been open his time,so all the repairs have been done long time ago.Plays well and sounds good,it's believed to be circa 1900 German, what are your thoughts? What would be the value?

Regards

Jukka
