![]() Well, from what I read from the serial number, it is a Smith 6-String Bass - "M" Series; Made in 1999; Has the 9V pre-amp; Tiger Maple Body. Ken may have to correct or provided additional information from his records.

2- The 18v model takes 2 batteries and they drain together as one. 3- The frequency settings for the boost/cut points have 4 positions INSIDE the bass that can be 'carefully' adjusted by taking the plate off. It can be broken from misuse or careless handling as well. The 9v settings are within this switch system as well. The pre-set when we install or sell the unit is set differently from the 9v 'fixed' settings. |
