Lightbulb mid frequency dip switches??

I assume the BSR B doesn't have the mid frequency dip switches?
The DIP panel is for all 3 bands. Not just for the Mids. The BMT is a 3-band EQ circuit. Your bass has the 9v BT of the BMT unit. An extra hole can be drilled (maybe without damage to the finish) and with some chiseling, squeeze the Mid-board in and attach it to the BT 4-knob unit. The 18v unit needs more room that your cavity has. It would need a complete re-route and that would be difficult to do without damaging the finish.

This is the 18v unit with the DIP panel which needs more room than you have in that bass.
