That would be the first Smith I've ever seen with purpleheart in it. I thought Ken had discontinued the use of purpleheart, but maybe he had enough laying around to do this piece?

Yes, I don't offer PH but I do have a small bit of it in the shop that is left over from many years ago. I was asked by my Dist. in Japan/Asia to use it for a 'price' as it is extra work to use it as body laminates.
