Talking Pfizer Corporation - Breaking News!

Pfizer Announcement:

Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as a mixer.

It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink and it gives new meaning to the names of 'cocktails', 'highballs' and just a good old-fashioned 'stiff drink!' Pepsi will market the new concoction by the name of: MOUNT & DO..

Thought for the day: There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra today than on Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2020, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.

Two older guys meet up on the first tee to play Golf. Strangers to each other they do the normal social introductions. One man says.. "I can hit the ball a mile but I can't see all that well". The other man a bit more elderly even says "don't worry, I have perfect vision".

The first man tees off and hits the ball 350 yards but hooks it a bit left into the rough. The man says "did you see where that went?".. The other man says "yes.. my vision is perfect"! The other says, "ok, tell me"!!.. The elderly mad says.. "I can't remember"!!

Thumbs up Phillies - NLCS Champs!

The Phillies beat the Dodgers in the fifth game of the NLCS 10-4. Phillies now advance to the World Series for the second consecutive time.

Now it's down to who wins in the ALCS. With the Yankees up 3 games to 1, should be a no-brainer: Game 5 Thursday, October 22.

Thumbs up Angels win game 5!

Wow!, Wow!, Wow! What a great game! Angels win game 5 by score of 7 - 6!

I'd love to see Angels come back and win the next two. Oh well, we shall see. Game 6, Saturday in New York. Don't miss it!

ALCS Standing:

Yankees 3; Angels 2.

Tim, I think the idea on a forum is that you write something and someone else replies - at least, that's what Ken once told me.

Once? ONLY once?..lol

Richard, if stranded ever on a lone island, I think you could survive better than anyone I know. Did you see the movie Cast Away? I could just see Tom Hanks as you.. lol

Richard, you are a one of a kind.

Also, I heard the game on the Radio as I was driving home and watched it from the 2nd - 4th inning on TV and then.. I fell asleep. I woke back up about an hour after the game ended to see that the Yanks scored 6 in the 7th but then LA scored 3 more. The 8th and 9th was scoreless allowing LA to win by a run. If not for that 'asleep at the wheel' first inning by the Yanks, they might of had a chance. Let's see what happens in NY. I think LA will get mugged up in the Bronx. Be careful how you dress that day if you're going to the game in NY.

I think the Yanks and the Phils will meet in the series. What say y'all?

Yes, as much as I would love to see the Angels come back and take the ALCS, I think it's lookin like a Phils/Yanks WS. I'm still pullin for the Angels though. They have it in them to come back. Should be a great game 6 come Saturday in NY.
