![]() Can any of you give me some info about my Ken Smith bass I purchased . I have no idea what model or type of woods used or why they were used at that particular time. The necks I usually see are 3 or 4 piece as this one seems to be a one piece construction. I am not complaining, but would like to know what it is that I have, and it's price range as far as KS basses go, and if it is on the upper end or lower end of KS basses. Thanks for any info !

![]() BT 5 MS model with upgraded 3 piece wings of flame/tiger maple top and back and walnut core.
This has the BT shape body wings. The BSR is the other shape we make with a longer bass side horn and slightly narrower wings overall. |

![]() Thanks so much Ken for taking time to give me an accurate description of my bass. I never have understood what all the letters meant, but something just didn't seem right. I am so pleased with my bass and the pride I feel when I play it ! I also wondered if you remembered building this particular bass, but I know you build oh so many. Thanks again for all interest.
