What comes with my Smith Bass
BSR, BT & CR Models

1/8″ wrench for the truss rod (included)
3mm wrench for Soapbar pickups with pole pieces
(DO NOT USE THIS WRENCH FOR THE TRUSS ROD)
.050 wrench for bridge height adjustment

If it is rounded, then possibly someone was using the wring wrench or not putting the right one all the way in before turning the nut.
