Thanks Albert

This is a simple Tiger Maple core and back with a Walnut top, and Morado fingerboard.

I actually don't remember exactly what year it was made, but if I recall correctly it was made in 2001 (the documents are stored in a quite hard to reach place, sorry..)

I play mainly Rock and Alternative music, but a lot of Pop, Funk, R&B, Reggae, Dub and electronic music as well. This bass is so versatile, I play all these styles with it, and it never lets me down

Hello,

i don't have any spectacular shots of my bass yet, but here is one from the Copa Cabana, NY.

I cannot stress enough how much this bass handles business. Killer neck, light weight, comfy standing (crucial for me), and musical, superb tones all across the neck... It can really growl, or be nice and soft and musical... yum!

Default Thanks

Thanks Bob, i have not seen too many of Kens basses with that type of fretboard, but you really need to hear this bass, unreal tone. I took it to the Guitar Center here in NY to get it fitted for a gig bag. One of the sales cats asked me to plug it in and the whole store stopped what they were doing to find out where that sound was coming from. The store manager wanted to buy the bass, but i looked at him like he was a MAD MAN. Its a 91 BT6.

Talking Bt6

I have played and own many Smith basses, but for some reason, this bass sounds a little tighter and crisper than my other Smith basses, but you are right Bob, all my Smith basses sound great.
