Matthew that's a beautiful job, I particularly liked it that you copied the F's. And I like the reddish varnish.
You've inspried me brother. My next bass will be cornerless. I think I'm going to base it on my old French bass. Keep up the good work (and stay in Aussie land) we don't need any more competition on this side!

Bit of a dredge up from the past, this thread, but ... Marco Panascia is playing this bass with the Matt Baker Trio tonight here in Sydney. It's a buzz for me to meet Marco and have him play the basses here.
