Not a bad looking knock-off.. Biggest tip to me it's not genuine is the neck stringers are too narrow. Some of Ken's early basses had them that thin, but I've not seen that style of BT with them...

I agree, but I'll say that for any room I've never had to adjust any control more than maybe 1/8 turn.. At least on my Smith. it just sounds good in almost any environment =)

I should inject there that I loop my cord through the strap. If you leave a 90 degree cable hanging loose, you'll just have the same problem when you snag it on something.

The jack on my Smith has always had a little play in it. If I put sideways pressure on a straight plug that is plugged in then it will lose connection in the jack and cause my output to drop out....

honestly my smith stays in it's case unless I'm playing it, when I'm playing and not actually using that bass, it hangs by the headstock/neck on a hercules stand.
